All artworks, including all audio, are copyrighted to the artists under the auspices of Luxmuralis.
Photography for personal use only is permitted, with credit to @luxmuralis or ‘Created by Luxmuralis’ required when sharing images.
Photographs, films, or recordings may not be sold, used for merchandise, or commercially exploited without prior written permission from Luxmuralis.
Use of images or recordings by any venue, business, organisation, or legal entity without prior written permission is prohibited and liable for charges per item, which may be applied retrospectively.
Clients, venues, and licensees are responsible for securing all necessary rights clearances for public exhibition, distribution, and commercial use, and agree to indemnify Luxmuralis and its artists against any claims, damages, or costs arising from unauthorized use.
Luxmuralis makes reasonable efforts to ensure materials are free from third-party claims; any inadvertent infringement will be addressed promptly upon notification.

Public Domain and Rights Verification Disclaimer (with Liability Limitation)
In the creation of digital light, sound, and multimedia productions, all reasonable and good-faith efforts are made to ensure that any third-party visual, audio, or multimedia materials incorporated are either in the public domain or used pursuant to appropriate permissions or licences. These efforts include diligent sourcing, verification of rights status, and reliance on reputable repositories, archives, and rights holders.
Any inclusion of material that is subsequently determined to be protected by copyright or related rights is unintentional and not undertaken in wilful or deliberate infringement. Upon receipt of formal notification accompanied by reasonable evidence of such rights, the artists and producers will promptly review the matter and, where appropriate, remove, replace, or modify the relevant content in accordance with applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
The artists and producers of these works disclaim any liability for inadvertent use of third-party materials. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability arising from such inadvertent use is expressly limited to the value of the services provided in connection with the relevant production. The artists and producers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from such use.
Nothing in this statement shall be construed as a guarantee or warranty of complete rights clearance. This statement does not grant any licence to use trademarks, rights of publicity, or other non-copyright intellectual property rights.
Modern Slavery Act 2015 – Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
Luxmuralis is an artistic collaboration that creates and produces light and sound artworks. This statement is made on behalf of Luxmuralis as required by the Modern Day Slavery Act 2015 (the “Act”). The nature of our business means that annual turnover varies from year-to-year based on art production schedules, accordingly, in some years annual turnover is likely to be lower than the threshold prescribed under Section 54 of the Act; however, we are committed to operating our business in a manner which protects people from modern slavery. Our primary place of business is the United Kingdom; however, if required for production purposes, we create works for locations outside the United Kingdom, for example, within the EU and USA.
We use bonafide sub-contractors for our business purpose, and, to provide production-specific services for our projects. We select our suppliers and partners carefully based upon expertise and their compliance with anti-bribery and anti-slavery laws.

Sustainability policy Statement
We believe in the transformative potential the arts and artists have on areas, spaces and places. We believe the arts impact makes places more attractive to live, work, play, bringing joy, beauty, community and civic pride to people and places. We recognise how creativity is part of a healthy environment and economy but this can only be sustainable if we work within our planets resources. Luxmuralis recognise the current environmental crisis and are committed to assessing our material impact towards sustainability. We monitor our activities and partners we work with. We comply with environmental legislation. We will ensure that sustainability and affordability is embedded in decisions we make with our stakeholders, including funders, investors, developers, local authorities, and we will use our position to influence positively wherever the opportunity arises.

Safeguarding and Whistleblowing Policy for Luxmuralis
Purpose
The policy ensures a safe, ethical, and professional environment for all artists, contractors, at Luxmuralis artistic collaboration. It defines clear responsibilities, supports raising concerns without fear of reprisal, and helps prevent misunderstandings or malicious allegations.
Safeguarding Code of Conduct
Responsibilities
1. Reporting Concerns:
◦ Luxmuralis will immediately report risks or incidents involving harm or potential harm to children, young people, or adults at risk, including risks of radicalisation or extremism to partner organisations
◦ Luxmuralis will support any subcontractor raising legitimate concerns about others’ actions.
2. Disclosure Obligations:
◦ Declare any criminal records, cautions, or warnings, both prior to and during your association with Luxmuralis.
◦ Inform of any past or current child protection investigations involving subcontractors, close family, or significant relationships.
◦ Work directly with partner organisations to ascertain localised safeguarding and work within their frameworks as or where advised
3. Prohibited Actions:
◦ Misusing your position to intimidate, bully, or exploit others.
◦ Engaging in inappropriate or exploitative relationships with those under your care.
◦ Possessing indecent images of children, being under the influence of substances while working, or aiding illegal activities.
Consequences of Breach:
• Breaching the code may result in, dismissal, or termination of contracts.
• Serious violations will be reported to regulatory bodies, authorities, or the police.
