“Scriptorium: The Illuminated Histories” was an immersive journey inspired by the intricate beauty of illuminated manuscripts from the Anglo-Saxon era. Visitors were transported into a world where meticulously crafted pages came alive in vivid detail, as dynamic projections illuminated the stunning interior of St Editha’s with a vibrant symphony of colour, light, and sound. From awe-inspiring depictions of the artistry of Anglo-Saxon motifs, mythical dragons, and gallant knights, the installation promised to be a sensory experience unlike any other.
