Poppy Fields – Gloucester Cathedral – 17th – 25th October 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This immersive installation marked the much-anticipated return of Luxmuralis to Gloucester Cathedral, following the sell-out success of Light Eternal in 2023 and reflects on the sacrifices of the First and Second World Wars, offering a message of peace and hope for the future. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we commemorate the 80th anniversary of VE and VJ Day and approach the season of Remembrance, this moving experience invited you to pause, reflect and remember.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brought to life through beautiful imagery, as well as snippets of recorded poetry read by Oscar-winning actor Eddie Redmayne, Poppy Fields offered a moment of stillness in one of Britain\u2019s most beautiful sacred spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
